The 72nd Western States District Conference will be held on April 25-27, 2025, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Tigard is a full-service, environmentally friendly hotel. You will begin your stay at the hotel, with a warm welcome. Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Tigard has nearby malls, shopping centers, and restaurants. The hotel offers the Embassy Suites signature complimentary Breakfast Buffet with made to order omelet station each morning for 3 hours

(Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 9:30 am; Sat/Sun 7:30 am – 10:30 am) and complimentary Evening Reception each night between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm. The evening Reception includes complimentary Beer, Wine, Spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages along with light snacks.
 

Suites - The rates for each 2 Room King Suite or 2 Room 2-bed Suites are $169.00 per night and are subject to the current occupancy tax of 13%. Parking is offered complimentary to the guests of this conference. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Tigard is pleased to provide a 100% smoke-free environment throughout the hotel. There are designated smoking areas to accommodate your needs. Make your reservations now. All reservations must be guaranteed with an individual credit card, or a first-night room deposit is required. In the event of cancellation, you have 48 hours before the guest check-in date to do so.

After selecting “Book room” click ‘date’, the special rate should already be in. You will need to change the dates for your particular stay. Enter in the room you want:

• 2 room suites with 1 King                                               $169.00

• 2 room suites with 2 bed                                                $169.00

• Premium 2 room suites with 1 king & step-in shower     $179.00

• Finally, enter in your payment information to secure your room and get your confirmation number.

• Handicap rooms (available on a first come first served basis): If you require an accessible suite, to see those the “Show Accessible Rooms” button will need to be clicked for the dates of April 25 – 27, 2025 only.  You can call the hotel directly at 503-746-2010 for assistance with booking your accessible suite.

• Hotel Parking - The daily rate for parking is FREE.

• Complimentary Wi-Fi in meeting rooms, guest rooms, and technology rooms.

• Complimentary made-to-order breakfast/buffet and Evening Cocktail Reception for overnight guests.

• Shipments of personal items should not arrive earlier than 3 days before April 25, 2025, or a storage fee will be applied.

• Restaurants in the immediate area: Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Sushi Hana, Cheesecake Factory, Red Robin, Benihana, Thirsty Lion, Red Lobster, and Margarita Factory (just to name a few)

• Shopping in the immediate area: Target, Washington Square Mall which includes Macy’s, JC Penney, and Nordstrom as the main anchors. Shopping in Oregon is Tax-Free.
