I want to continue sharing my time, talent and treasure while focusing on growing member engagement.
We still have a LOT of work to do, but we are well on our way and I'm very excited about the future of the Western States.

Lelton has done an outstanding job in his first term as director. He has upheld the standard set and made attempts to improve the process and program. He works well with his counterpart and junior knights and daughters. He is an outstanding man of God and an outstanding family man. I am proud to place his name in consideration.

Bro. Gibson's Acceptance Statement:
My name is Brother Lelton Gibson, and I currently serve as the Junior Knight Director for the Western States District. I am deeply honored to have been re-nominated and remain committed to seeing our Junior Knight Division continue to grow and thrive.
I understand firsthand that growing Junior Knight units can be challenging. In addition to my district role, I serve as the Junior Knight Commander of Council 127. Over the past two years, Council 127 has seen two Junior Knights age out, while successfully welcoming six new Junior Knight members. This experience has reinforced for me that growth is possible with dedication, encouragement, and consistent support.
During my first two years as Junior Knight Director, I have learned a great deal about how the Western States District Council operates and the vital role each board member plays in ensuring the success of the WSDC. A strong, supportive, and engaged Western States District Junior Knight Board is essential to building and sustaining a successful program.
I firmly believe that together we can guide our Roman Catholic youth to become dedicated servants of God, our Church, and our communities, while instilling in them the education, skills, and confidence needed to embrace the many opportunities this world—and our organization—can offer.
